Most of the time, you'll be able to hit the applications key on a link and
just copy it that way. Much easier than worrying about the line breaks or
copying to a text file.
However some links are designed not to work this way. For example, if I get
a notification from my bank about a money transfer, I cannot copy the link
this way. Not sure how this is determined in html.

If the link is imbedded in the body of the email, you need to copy and paste
what you think of as the entire link into something like Word or Notepad.
Check the link to be sure that unintended line breaks are not included in
the link. If you see a line break (JAWS might say blank or something like
that), get rid of it and let the text of the link join up as it should.

Once you have what you believe to be the correct link, test it first by
activating it in a browser. If it works, send the link by copying it and
then pasting it into the body of an email.

Hi all,
I'm trying to send a link to a few people as the option to share the article
via email didn't work (all that was in the body of the message was the word
headline) but the end of the web address keeps getting cut off so it's not
part of the link when I paste it into the body of a message, any idea what I
can do to fix this so that the whole address is a link? Using latest
versions of edge, Jaws, Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
