Hi, Justin. Even though it is disabled, you should be able to go to the AddOns category, click the "Go" button, and see all the AddOns in Outlook. There may be more than one. Some you might want to remain enabled, and there may be others that are either unnecessary, or even disruptive to your Outlook experience.

I was able to disable the AD ON. However, I could not delete it, nor could I find out what it was.

I brought Outlook up in safe mode to do my search. I did see where there was an add on slowing things down. However, I was not able to identify it within Outlook. Is there another way to gain access to the AD Ons without opening it?

I so have administrative access.

Hi, Justin. I have experienced this when an Outlook AddOn was conflicting with something in an antivirus program. What antivirus program are you running, and have you checked to see if Outlook has an AddOn corresponding to that antivirus program? If it does, try running Outlook with admin priviliges, and disabling the AddOn. You cannot disable the AddOn without running Outlook with admin privileges. Just because your account is admin, that doesn't mean you are running Outlook as admin. You must specifically start Outlook as admin, then disable any AddOns.

I don't know if this is the problem, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is the problem.

Maybe an outlook repair and see how that works?

Subject: Issue With Outlook

I have noticed JAWS getting hung up in Outlook. It does not let me know if Outlook has stopped responding. It just locks up. I have had Microsoft Accessibility check out Outlook and for a time after that it is fine. Then it just locks up taking JAWS with it.

I have tried Narrator, and the same thing happens.

Does anybody have a fix? Or is there somewhere that I should be searching for the fix?

Any help would be appreciated.
