That just happened to me, and Microsoft's disability office was able to remote in and fix it. It was something they were aware of, a recent change by Google that requires some tweaking. I have Outlook 2013, and it hit me 2 days ago. Microsoft said that it was only involving Outlook connections, and would hit all in that group eventually. The fix involved the technician going into the control panel mail, and doing things I had never heard of before, so I cannot provide any steps, just to call Microsoft at 800-936-5900.toggle quoted message Show quoted text

Subject: Can’t retrieve mail on my laptop and I don’t know how to diagnose the problem. Can somebody help?
Suddenly this afternoon I am unable to retrieve my Gmail on my laptop running Outlook and Windows 10. I can send and receive mail on the iPhone with that affected account and also through the Gmail web interface. But when I try to download mail in Outlook I get a prompt for a password and even though I typed in the correct password it doesn’t except it. I’m not sure how to begin diagnosing this problem. Can somebody help?
