I use edge for my browser but I did open chrome to see if the bookmark keystroke was working properly. The keystroke alt f followed by b does bring up bookmarks for me. So, is it possible you brought up the edge browser? I am just thinking out loud. I certainly hope you get the issue fixed.

Greetings Marie:I do not understand why some folks are having this issue with Chrome. I dounderstand that this is indeed a real issue for those folks where this ishappening. This is not a universal issue for all Chrome users, however. Also, I amwondering if people can try this with something like Narrator or NVDA to seeif the behavior changes.I myself cannot get to the menus with Narrator, but with NVDA/JAWS, themenus work for me, including getting to my book marks in Chrome.Warmly,Curtis Chong-----Original Message-----From: main@jfw.groups.io <main@jfw.groups.io> On Behalf Of Marie NelsonSent: Wednesday, May 25, 2022 10:53 AMTo: main@jfw.groups.ioSubject: Re: Having Trouble Accessing Bookmarks In Google ChromeI just opened Chrome and find that I can not get to the bookmarks with anyof the keystrokes previously mentioned. Up until today, I could easily access my bookmark list in Google
Chrome when in the main search window by pressing alt F and then B for
bookmarks. Once there, it was very easy to arrow down or use
first-letter navigation to get to the bookmark I was looking for.
Now, wheneber I hit alt F, I land in a help menu, and have to
physically navigate to my bookmark list by using my arrow keys.
I'm not sure what has changed or why.
I'm also not sure how to get things to function the way they
previously did.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!
