Hi again, Robin. I have a question. Is your computer a laptop? The reason I'm asking is that I just checked my laptop keyboard, and on my keyboard, the zero key is just below the f11 key. Could the keystroke you are attempting to perform when you accidentally press JAWS Key plus zero be JAWS key plus F11 to bring up the SysTray?

Thanks, Bill. I assume it won’t cause any damage then unless I save some edits in that window and hopefully I’d be prompted beforehand. Now to figure out what I’m actually trying to hit when I hit insert 0 so I can avoid it in the future 😊

Hi, Robin. While in the Outlook mail app, you are accidentally pressing JAWS key plus zero on the numbers row, which is opening up Script Manager in JAWS.

I have a tendency to hit some key combination that results in a window with the following “JAWS Script Manager - [Shared:Outlook.JSS]” Anyone know what I’m hitting that does this? I can exit out of the screen easily enough, but is there any other repercussion of this being triggered? Using JAWS 2022 on Windows 10 with Office 365.
