Cohn, Jonathan #95726 Are you looking to do this as part of a review before sending a document out? As far as I am aware, there is no screen reader or word commands to jump to a language change. I wonder if the raw document could provide any hints that would be useful for your purpose. My understanding is that docx files are actually zip directories and that one of the enclosing files is in an XML format. So perhaps there might be XML tags with lang attributes.
