I always thought that Quick Assist was inaccessible, so your idea of using it in combination with speaker phone is interesting. If both you and the person you are helping use JAWS, I imagine using Tandem is more straightforward. I would think you would only use Quick Assist if the person on the other end does not have JAWS. But is there any reason you would prefer Quick Assist, even if both the other person and you have JAWS?
