The two methods of going to the tree view in Outlook are the ctrl+Y or if you want to do some changes, use Shift + F6.

the shift plus tab is the command used in Thunderbird.

What is the command if you want to rename or delete a folder? Thank you.

The problem with CTRL+Y is that it is great if all you want to do is to go into a folder. It is less useful if, for example, you want to rename or delete a folder.

However, for most cases, use CTRL+Y. Very reliable.

Hi Madison,
I use Shift+Tab to get to the folder list from the message list.
Doesn't give you an answer, but it might be a work around.

Madison,
This is probably a good time to call Microsoft Accessibility Desk. I think we'd be guessing at this, unless someone else has run into it. You could try loading Narrator to see how that reads the screen for you.

Hi all,
Not sure if this is a Jaws or Outlook issue; so I thought I'd try posting hear first. This has happened to me before; but I don't remember what I did to fix it and since I'm using Windows 11 now I might have to do something different.
Anyway, when I press shift f6 to get to the list of folders that doesn't work and in order to go through my list of messages (when I don't want to delete one) I have to keep alt tabbing back and forth because I can't arrow through my list of messages. I tried shutting down and re-starting my laptop but that didn't solve the problem; and I haven't changed any settings or anything. Using latest versions of Jaws, Office 365 and Windows 11. Really hope someone can help me as this is very annoying.
Madison
