I would like to know as well. I have an account and have a frustrating time navigating the UI. A tech said they would email me some docs explaining what to do since I rely on a screen reader to access my account, but I never received the docs. If anyone knows of any tips, hints or other info, please do tell.

It would seem that every time I send a message there are two copies in
my sent
folder, any idea how I can stop this from happening? Using latest
versions of
