Hi, Madison. There are a few reasons that you can have multiple messages for
the same message in your Sent folder. If you put recipients in your CC or
BCC fields, you can have a Sent message for each of those recipients. If you
reply to a message, and that reply goes to multiple recipients, you can have
a Sent message for each of those recipients in your Sent folder.

It would seem that every time I send a message there are two copies in my
sent
folder, any idea how I can stop this from happening? Using latest versions
of
Jaws, Office 365 and Windows 10. Thanks Madison
