Hi,
Go to the desktop.
Press Control Space until it says Not Selected, so that no items are selected on the desktop.
Press Shift F10 or the applications key.
Press W for New, then S for shortcut.
In the target field, enter your website URL, then tab and give it a name, then hit finish.
All done.
