Re: section breaks in word 2007 with jaws

Lisle, Ted (CHFS DMS)

I have to confess to doing it Ann's way. Every now and then I'll paste
something into a form letter, and the darn thing will create a section
break. I found out the hard way Ctrl-Z won't do it, and this was easy
and quick.

I believe the section break is ^b. You can do a search and replace on
^b leaving the replace box blank and you should be able to remove all
the section breaks.

This isn't very sophisticated, but I go to the end of the line with the
section break and press delete till the first word of the next line
bumps up against the word I'm on, removing the break. Then I press
space to separate the two words.

Good luck!
