Subject: Re: fastest way to get host name of browser url In addition to the JAWS insert-a solutions, you could press insert-d to bring the address into Windows focus, then control-c to copy it. In my case, I then paste the result into Notepad where I can read and edit it.

anyone know fast ways to get the hostname from the url field of the browser? if I move the focus to the url field and read word by word, i lose my spot in the document
