Hi, again, Ann. You can switch your JAWS Sound Scheme with the following
command,

ALT plus JAWS key plus S.

If you switch to one of the following sound schemes, JAWS will say cap when
a capital letter is indicated, or All Caps, if the word is in all capital
letters,

ProofReading (Attributes and Font Info)
ProofReading (Attributes)
ProofReading (Attributes, Font Info and color)

I hope this helps you.

Subject: JAWS indicating caps

Is there a way, other than raising the pitch of a spoken letter, for
JAWS to indicate that a letter is upper case?
