This is great! I am assuming this is for Outlook? I haven’t followed this thread from the beginning?
In Outlook, you can also do an alt Q and search for most commands. I searched for “importance” and now when I press alt Q, it gives me that option.
I definitely appreciate the keyboard commands though. Sounds much more simple. Thank you.

When you are composing a message press Alt + Enter and you get the message options, alternative the setting is in the
This is in Options > Message Options, the shortcut for that is Alt + P followed by O and P
You can also press the keyboard shortcut Alt + Enter after you have written your message which also brings up message options.
I needed to send an urgent message yesterday and trawled through the menu options but just couldn’t find how to make the message “high priority“.
