Why do you keep referring to Y1? In the article it clearly states that this is a third party tool and it is called "WhyNotWin11".
In any case, it's pretty simple, if your computer is compatible you will be offered the upgrade, if it is not you won't and the article is very clear in explaining that while you can possibly install Windows 11 on a system which does not meet the requirements, you will not get security and feature updates nor will you get support from Microsoft if anything goes wrong. In other words, it's a very bad idea, if your system does not support Windows 11 stick with Windows 10 or upgrade to a new computer which does support it if it's that important that you have Windows 11.
