Hi Michael, I see. I'm typically just skeptical of downloading the programs I want from third party sources, as opposed to getting the program from the company that makes it. The reason for this is that the third party site may eventually not keep up with the latest version, or could insert a backdoor that one doesn't know about. You never know what a third party site could do, since it is outside of the control of the company that makes the program you want.

Michael, why wouldn't you download the desktop version from Apple, instead of using the website you posted?

still have the same problem where I can tab, but not with JAWS. What

I have an issue where when I open iTunes and am on the main window, I cannot tab or shift tab through it. I do not get feedback from JAWS 2021.
However, when I test with NVDA, I have no issues. How can I make this
work with JAWS?
