Hi Michael. You certainly can, but the web-site I mentioned allows you to download a lot of programs without any add-ons. IT folks use it a lot, and it is quite handy.

http://www.ninite.com. Select the check box for iTunes, and then
locate the button that says "Get Your Ninite" and download the file

still have the same problem where I can tab, but not with JAWS. What

I have an issue where when I open iTunes and am on the main window, I cannot tab or shift tab through it. I do not get feedback from JAWS 2021.
However, when I test with NVDA, I have no issues. How can I make this
work with JAWS?
