Hi all. I would not recommend using the Windows Store app version of iTunes.
I would download the desktop version instead. The easiest way to do that is
through the ninite site.
http://www.ninite.com. Select the check box for iTunes, and then locate the
button that says "Get Your Ninite" and download the file that way. You get
iTunes, and no add-ons or anything like that.

Well, I'm not sure I'm using the Microsoft store version, but this is what I

My view is set to Grid and the current settings is to show albums.

Microsoft Store updated me to your version of iTunes just now.  I still have
the same problem where I can tab, but not with JAWS. What view should I set,
to work best with JAWS?

Hi,

I have an issue where when I open iTunes and am on the main window, I

cannot tab or shift tab through it.  I do not get feedback from JAWS 2021.
However, when I test with NVDA, I have no issues.  How can I make this work
with JAWS?
