Yes. I used both. With JAWS, the problem I get is that when I use either tab or f6, I may not get any speech, and the cursor doesn't move, unless I tab or f6 multiple times. It acts as if it's locked up, but when I use NVDA, everything navigates smoothly.

Microsoft Store updated me to your version of iTunes just now. I still have the same problem where I can tab, but not with JAWS. What view should I set, to work best with JAWS?

I have an issue where when I open iTunes and am on the main window, I cannot tab or shift tab through it. I do not get feedback from JAWS 2021. However, when I test with NVDA, I have no issues. How can I make this work with JAWS?
