Press Control+1 to make sure Music is selected as the Media Kind and check the View menu again.
Or, press Control+j for the View Options and see if that helps.
Like I say, iTunes is a pain.

Microsoft Store updated me to your version of iTunes just now. I still have the same problem where I can tab, but not with JAWS. What view should I set, to work best with JAWS?

I have an issue where when I open iTunes and am on the main window, I cannot tab or shift tab through it. I do not get feedback from JAWS 2021. However, when I test with NVDA, I have no issues. How can I make this work with JAWS?
