Well, I'm not sure I'm using the Microsoft store version, but this is what I get when I launch iTunes and start tabbing.
My view is set to Grid and the current settings is to show albums.

Microsoft Store updated me to your version of iTunes just now.  I still have the same problem where I can tab, but not with JAWS. What view should I set, to work best with JAWS?

I have an issue where when I open iTunes and am on the main window, I cannot tab or shift tab through it.  I do not get feedback from JAWS 2021.  However, when I test with NVDA, I have no issues.  How can I make this work with JAWS?
