Well, I'm not sure I'm using the Microsoft store version, but this is what I get when I launch iTunes and start tabbing.
My view is set to Grid and the current settings is to show albums.

iTunes is most certainly a royal pain. I think I have the Show side bar on, but can't remember exactly.
