Bill, That is quite true of any new dialog box. I find the same if exploring the File Properties dialog If it’s a new box to me, I’d most likely think it appropriate to insert insert B or to virtualize the window to get a sense of all that is there.

Hi, Richard. The problem isn't that the information isn't available. The problem is that, if one is unfamiliar with this particular dialog box, and one doesn't know that this information is there, it is easily missed, since one can't arrow out of the edit box to see that there is more information there than just the edit box.

After control+shift+n I just press insert+b to read the dialog and get the information about page x of x plus the OK, cancel etc. But quite simple.
