Many programs used in the business place are written in HTML, although I
have no idea if this particular software is as such.
But if it is, you can label the fields with Jaws, or at least, if not, you
can make a frame around them, which is basic Jaws stuff.
Or if it is HTML, you can put place markers  on the fields.

Subject: Express Scribe Transcription Software Accessibility

Hi Everyone,

I have a client that just started a position at a law firm, and she has to
use a couple of software packages where she states that some of the fields
in the software are not labeled. One of those applications is Express Scribe
is there anyone on the list who does either legal or medical transcription
that can comment about the accessibility of the software, or if there are
keyboard shortcuts that can allow the user to perform most , if not all
tasks in the application.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: creating an electronic copy update

An update on "creating an electronic document."

Using Windows Fax and scan,an electronic copy  of a signed document was
created successfully, attached to an email and sent off.

A few settings had to be altered but am very pleased with the result.

A list menber mentioned that my flatbed scanner should be able to put
out a pdf file from the scanned document but this was not successful.
Although the Epson Perfection scanner does have a button to output a pdf
file but when pressed, nothing happened.

Maybe the scanner software should be uninstalled and then reinstalled
once again.

Thanks to all those who made suggestions.
