To clarify, there are two sounds. The one that is like a buzzer tells you that you made an error and, as someone noted, the Shift F10 or application key will present you potential spelling corrections. If you hear a little pop sound, that means that Microsoft already made the correction for you from it’s list of commonly misspelled words.  You can add or remove works from this autocorrection list in Office Options.

Can anyone just confirm how this works please, when I am typing and I make an error, there is a sound to indicate it, if there is an auto correct option how would I review that and accept it if it is the one I would like please?
