Hi,

Visual tracking settings can be found under Settings Center (JAWS Key+number row 6)/Visual tracking, and because Settings Center will default to showing settings from current application it is best to switch to default settings from there and adjust global settings.

Default settings > cursor > Screen Tracks Virtual Cursor  ‑  

Restart and adjust as needed
