Hi, Cher. If I understand correctly, you are using the April update to JAWS, and you cannot see Voice Assistant in the Utilities menu. If you are using Windows 7 instead of Windows 10, Voice Assistant won't show up. Voice Assistant only shows up if you're using the Windows 10 operating system.
