It seems that whenever I set my computers volume level to the one that I want, It will either go up or down no matter what level that I set it too. For example, if I set the level at 30 percent, when I close it out, it will either jump too 65, or 20 percent. In other words, it fluctuates. Is their anyway that I can correct this behavior?
