When I migrated from 2020 to 2021, it caused the Calculator app not to work properly. Had to delete the settings to fix the problem.

I purchased Leasy and am reading through the installation documentation. It starts by talking about installing JAWS. The directions say that we should never migrate settings from a previous version of JAWS when installing a new copy. I get that we run the risk of bringing over some setting that perpetuates a problem, but the advice in this Hartgen documentation is worded so strongly to not migrate. I’ve migrated settings without issues so far. What are your thoughts? Do you think they are just being overly cautious?
