At least try to use full-spectrum light, or next to an open window during
the daytime.
Full spectrum lights are useful for low-vision as well.

Color ID apps may be fun and entertaining, but should not be depended on for
accurate color recognition, like matching an outfit for work, etc. The
ambient light gets in the way. It is best to use a dedicated hardware color
ID device for this purpose.
