Oh, make sure you have a separate channel for JAWS.  If you don’t, all participants on zoom will hear JAWS in the background.

In the audio settings of zoom, you can have the volume set to automatic. As Marty stated, the volume of the pc or laptop is totally different then the settings in zoom.

You can adjust your microphone volume in the Zoom ap by going to Settings and audio.

It was suggested that my microphone on zoom was too loud so the recording has trouble transcribing it?

How do I turn it down.

 

I went into the volume settings on the pc but only saw the master volume.

 

I didn't see a way to turn down the microphone.
