I have had good luck writing to Duxbury support. I've been retired for 6 months, so do not remember the email address, but it should be in the Duxbury help.

I’m currently using JAWS 2019 with Duxbury 12.4 SR1. When I turn the coded view on in Duxbury JAWS will not show the text on the screen. My window is maximized and I have refreshed using JAWS key plus escape. I am unable to see the text with JAWS and my focus display? It is making it complicated to do my job.

Any suggestions or help with this would be appreciated.
