Hi, going strictly by memory, these steps may help you in emptying your trash folder-
First hit F6 until you get to where Jaws says Mail.
Then in this order press the following keys: Alt f, i and t. Then your should hear Jaws say something like Mail clean-up. Next, down arrow once to where Jaws says ‘Empty Trash’ I believe. Then press Enter. It will ask you if you want to delete all items. Press Yes. Lastly, press F6 until you get to the inbox.
I hope this helps.

Subject: Selecting All Question
When in Outlook 365 and in the list of emails in my Trash Folder, I often select all and permanently delete them. One problem, when I use the Control plus A command to select all, JAWS does not speak anything to let me know they are selected. I have enough residual vision to see that they are selected but I would certainly feel better if JAWS reinforced this. I should say that I am using the latest 2021 release of JAWS and Windows 10.
Thanks in advance for any assistance,
