Hi, I don’t know if this is helpful, but it might be that focused inbox is turned on. We just migrated to Office 365 at work, and this is what happened for me when I first opened Outlook. JAWS wouldn’t say anything. The following link tells you how to turn it off.
Once I turned it off, everything was fine. Hope this helps,

I did some research, and I found this:
the only other thing I can think of is to uninstall Office365 and re-install.
I’m having similar issues with Jaws 2021 and 365. It either stops talking completely and won’t start again so I have to do a hard reboot or it gets really slow when I’m writing a message and runs words together. I guess that’s not a Jaws issue though with the running together of words. That implies the whole system is slowing down but it’s only started with 365 and Jaws 2021 which I got around the same time. The braille also disappears off my display. I’ll go back to 20 and see if that runs properly.

OK, then something with Jaws and the new 365 update are not getting along, but it still could be something extra loading that is bogging down your system.
Do you have the January JAWS update?
Best of luck,
"You know," said Arthur, "it's at times like this, when I'm trapped in a Vogon airlock with a man from Betelgeuse, and about to die of asphyxiation in deep space, that I really wish I'd listened to what my mother told me when I was young."
"Why, what did she tell you?"
"I don't know, I didn't listen."
