moderated Help with Dropbox please

Hi there,


Apparently my Dropbox account has been disabled.


Yet I’ve got an email that is associated with my disabled account saying that my subscription will be renewed on the 23rd Jan.

I want to cancel my subscription but can’t access my account because it’s disabled.


Btw: I don’t know why my account has been disabled. Numerous attempts at contacting Dropbox have failed – they have not bothered to reply.


Does anyone have any idea how this issue can be resolved. I certainly don’t want to pay for another year of Dropbox.
