The issue I am having is Kindle initializes and opens and says that there are no books in my library and then closes. It doesn't even let me go in and adjust settings.

Has this even happened to either of you?

I think it has to do with how the book was formatted. I had a book that worked perfectly with speech and braille. I could use the familiar Jaws commands to navigate the book. I also have a book for a class we are taking that cannot be navigated with speech or braille as you describe. I can use the built-in speech, but it's much more accessible to use the iPhone version for this particular book.

Hi Robbie,
In my case, it is not crashing, but I can no longer read the text, neither in braille, nor via jaws. This is a new computer as my good one was struck by lightning, so, I just don't know what setting I should check or change. Using windows 10 and jaws 2021.

I recently downloaded the Kindle Reader for PC and it keeps crashing.
