job, and unfortunately, when this happens, I have to request sighted
help, because there are certain things that I cannot do with respect
to making the PDF fully accessible. You can mark up documents in Word,
and save it as a PDF. The heading levels, lists table of cntents, etc.
all work properly, but the issue comes when trying to add edit fields,
check boxes, drop downs and other form controls.

My employer wants to know whether there is a way to code pdf's so that JAWS
can recognize the form fields and accept a response. I presume this is
