I suspect that was an error on in their news release and they meant regions.

In addition, Vispero will provide a dramatically increased training and support program for all CNIB and Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada staff via webinars, phone support and internal education courses. CNIB will also benefit from significantly improved delivery times so clients can get their Vispero products right when they need them.
