How did that hand in your pocket manifest itself? Wouldn't any Jaws reseller in Canada charge the same for a Jaws SMA or upgrade?

That's it, Optelec.  They were the company that I felt had their hand in my pocket.  Which got me looking for another dealer.

What's the name of the company? I want to look them up first; as they  weren't listed under Canadian dealers on the FS website.

Email this person and he will answer all of your questions.  There is an agency  in the East but, I felt they were trying to make as much money off the person  as they could.  Where as Ryan is trying to help the customer rather then his  wallet.  ryan@...

  Hi all,
For anyone who lives in Canada, I'm hoping you can help me. My current  licence is good until version 2018, can I just update my licence, or will I have to  buy a whole new licence and copy of Jaws? Can I buy from Freedom Scientific,  or do I have to buy from a Canadian dealer? I really hope someone can help  me, as I've never done this before. Thanks Madison
