It does. But I guess questioning whether, for instance, complicated formatting done with libre will translate effectively to MS when someone accesses your documents using the more commercial product is a fair question, and it’s one I don’t really know the answer to. For most people though, I don’t *think* it’d be a problem.

LibreOffice supports all MS-Office file formats natively.  No conversions are necessary, and it can save in those formats natively, too.
