Uninstall JAWS 2020 or 2021 Update or install Openbook 9.0 Re install JAWS 2020 or 2021. The reason is that JAWS and Openbook use the same OCR components. JAWS has newer ones than Openbook and Openbook will hang at install unless you follow procedure above. This is from own personal experience and after checking with Freedom Scientific after I encountered the issue. Unless someone gives different experience or has updated information that was the latest I have from Freedom and my own situation. Again, just wanted to put the details out for a caution. Dan
