Or, use insert + H on a web page to find out.

Well, you could use the letter J and enter a line number ...

Other ways to jump around on a web page would be by headings using the
letter h or shift-h

The letter P to move by paragraph and Shift-P to go backward.

There are others so you need to be a little more specific.
