I think it might be more accurate to say that it is a Windows issue giving jobs problems. :-)

To be fair though it is most likely Windows pulling Jaws focus to some temporary notification or something like that.

Could you tell us more about your system?

What version of the Operating system are you running?
Is it the home or pro version?
