I wonder why this is happening with some individuals using Jaws to  read  Kindle books, I have made sure I have the standard version of Kindle for PC, and the virtual cursor reads all Kindle content just fine with Jaws 2020, and the very latest updates for Kindle for PC.

I've been noticing this for quite some time and thought I was the one doing something wrong.
