Hi Alison,

It sounds like JAWS isn't reading UIA information to me.

It might be worth trying a JAWS repair. Simply go into Apps and Features, and find JAWS, then select Modify. You should get the option to repair it.

Although it shows it's reading icons and text as I type, it is not reading the content of the email or what I have written when I arrow down. Any suggestions?

At the time I didn't know what to think about the problem but I am now encountering this and I noticed it after Firefox updated to version 80. After a short period of time of just navigating through a Web page Firefox reports that the tab has crashed and presents me with a button to restore the tab. These crashes are rather frequent. I only have one extension running which is for Cisco Webex and I have disabled this extension to see if this makes a difference.
