Notifications are in sections, so you are probably hitting on the section heading which clears the notification You need to arrow to the actual notification itself and not the section heading See how that works

Me too. Just pressing enter on it does nothing but for clearing it. So, I am still wondering how to activate it.

Whenever I do that, it just clears the notification.
