I am trying to figure out the desktop app. If I open the app, I see a list of my meetings, a button to start or create a new meeting and some unlabeled buttons. From your experience, does a meeting load in the app if you launch it from
a meeting in your list? I’m trying to understand if it’s launching a browser window or a special meeting window that is in the app. I launched a meeting from the list yesterday and did not feel like the experience of navigating was that different, so I’m
wondering if it really loaded in the app. I’ll try logging into a couple additional meetings today.

Are you saying that the desktop app is accessible? I was under the impression that WebX wasn’t that accessible at all.
I would suggest using the desktop app.
The browser tends to be problematic with regards to accessibility.
Anyone figured out how to use chat in Webex? JAWS will read some of the chats as they come in, but I cannot figure out how to get to that area and/or type a message. I’m using Google Chrome to access meetings and JAWS 2020.
