moderated Re: Control Alt J Not Working to Open JAWS
David, I just removed Malware Bites a few days ago, and still no joy. It all stopped working when I put the free JAWS 2020 on my computer. I have made sure that the previous versions of JAWS do not have a short cut key set.toggle quoted messageShow quoted text

I seriously doubt that what I'm about to suggest is the cause of the
problem. However, as I encountered similar issues a while ago I'll just
throw this out there. Is the consumer having this problem using the
commercial Malware Bytes program?
I encountered similar issues which, in my case, was caused by or at
least had something to do with running the commercial version of
Malware Bytes along with Kaspersky Antivirus. I did not wish to remove
Kaspersky but removing Malware bytes solved the problem.
