I Found a work around, glad you mentioned this though.
If you type your signature in something like notepad, it may work in Microsoft Word, check it is all o.k.
You can highlight it all with ctrl+a and then paist it in to Microsoft Outlook in the new signature box. It won’t read it back but you can then send yourself a test message to make sure it is o.k.
Check the options for the signature when it is added e.g. for new messages and replies, I don’t add it on to replys.

Now if the Outlook engineers would only make the edit box for creating your signature accessible ... it isn't as far as I can tell.
Or, do you have a trick for that other than getting someone with eyes that work?
